Half term is usually a good time to have a little relax, catch up on some paperwork, review my invoices, think about whats in store for the last half term of the academic year. Begin to make plans for the next academic year, as far as possible. Of course after all these years of working with schools and Local Authorities I am pretty well acquainted with how it usually works out. Which is not always how it initially appears !!
However this summer I have an awesome project in the shape of helping Izzydog put together the finishing touches to her book- You, Me and ADHD. I am excited to be working with an illustrator and a designer, both of whom will make this activity book look fabulous. We are crowdfunding in June/July as there is sadly no way I can afford to get this book out and make it look good without support. It will be a fabulous resource for families, support workers and education staff and is a celebration of ADHD- yes ADHD is a challenge but it is not all bad. This book will help children feel good about themselves once they have completed the activities and exercises. ! You can follow Izzydogs progress with it all on here.
