Hello ! I hope you have found time to take a look around my new website. Any feedback is welcome. I am trying to learn to do some of it myself. Not easy as I am a bit of a technophobe. I have felt sympathy for the person helping me. Pretty sure he had no idea what he was taking on. Learned loads already.Remembering it may be the hard part.
If anyone else needs some help I can give you contact details. Any faults with the website, please let me know. They will be my doing- a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing.
Any how K9 Project news is mostly about Izzydogs book- You me and ADHD. This is an activity book designed for young people aged 8-11-ish. Designed to focus on the strengths within a person with ADHD, as well as tips and techniques to help with the challenges. It is a self esteem boosting celebration which helps young people feel good about themselves. Written by IZZYDOG it will provide a fun way to explore ADHD, Super cartoons of Izzy as well as some great photographs and lots of activities make this an engaging book.
It is intended to be worked through, over time, with adult help. A family member, carer, support worker or school staff. It will provide a great structure for sessions and spending quality time together. We are crowdfunding in July to turn it into a reality in the best possible way, and we have some amazing rewards on offer! More info to follow. Or you can check out Izzys facebook page here.
We are running a writing competition with the K9 Community Cafe- 500 words or less(much less is fine) about a dog….Obviously. Check out the K9 Cafe facebook page to learn more
